Creación y quest de tintes
Para conseguir Counteragent y Mixture tienes que realizar primero una quest, pero si ya los tienes, sólo tienes que hablar con Dye Maker JavaDullihan para que te cree el tinte.

Esta es la quest para conseguir Mixture y Counteragent:
Consigue los items necesarios para hacer Mixture y Counteragent, tambien necesitaras empty bottles (mira los items necesarios en la tabla de abajo). Una vez lo tengas todo, ve a Alberta al 2º piso del Hotel y habla con un NPC llamado Louitz, está en la habitación del fondo del segundo piso, elige la opcion "speak of solutions".
Ahora tienes que ir a Geffen a hablar con el NPC Aure Dupon que esta cerca de la salida Este de la ciudad, una vez que lo encuentres preguntale sobre el cientifico loco, Morgenstein, éste te dira que se encuentra en la Blacksmith Guild.
Sube al segundo piso, habla con Morgenstein y pidele que te haga los items que necesites (counteragent y/o mixture), estate seguro de que tienes los items necesarios. A partir de ahora, sólo tendrás que volver a llevarle los items a Morgenstein cada vez que tengas que hacer Counteragent o Mixture.
Tintes
Para crear el tinte tienes que ir a Morroc a hablar con el NPC Dye Maker JavaDullihan para hacer los tintes.
